BENEFITS
Why It Makes a Difference
Listing-First Pre-Production
Before I arrive, we confirm the shot list, the listing's selling points, and which rooms need the most attention. The groundwork is what separates polished real estate photography from a property shoot that misses the rooms that sell.
Pro-Grade Equipment
From full-frame cameras and tilt-shift lenses to off-camera flash and a licensed drone, every piece of gear is chosen for clean architectural photography and aerial coverage that holds up at full resolution.
Efficient On-Site Workflow
I move through a property quickly and respectfully, light each room intentionally, and stage small details as I go. A standard real estate photographer near me search rarely turns up someone this fast without cutting corners.
Intentional Post-Production
Window pulls, vertical correction, sky replacements, and colour balance are handled with care. The end result reads as a sharper version of the home, never an obvious composite.
MLS-Ready Delivery
Edited photos are delivered next-day in MLS, web, and full-resolution sizes. A structured review round is built in so your listing has the right shots in the right order before it goes live.
Drone & Interior Coverage
From considered interior photography to drone real estate photography that shows lot lines, neighbourhood, and roof condition, every listing gets the full angle range without juggling multiple vendors.
How it Works
Great real estate photography happens fast without looking rushed. Here is what working together looks like, from booking to MLS-ready delivery.
BOOKING & PREP
Booking happens the moment you reach out, often within 48 hours of the call. We confirm address, timing, lockbox, and any seller-occupied considerations, then I share a quick prep checklist so the home shows at its best. If drone coverage is involved, I file the flight check ahead of the shoot.
ON-SITE SHOOT
Most shoots wrap within 60 to 90 minutes. I work room by room with deliberate lighting and composition, follow up with a full exterior pass, and add drone real estate photography where the property earns it. The whole process is built to be quick, calm, and respectful of sellers still in the home.
EDITING & DELIVERY
Photos go through window pulls, vertical correction, sky replacement, and final colour balance the same day. Your edited gallery is delivered next-day in MLS and web sizes, ready to drop straight into your listing. A structured review round is built in if anything needs adjusting.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does real estate photography cost in Canada?
The cost of real estate photography in Canada depends on square footage, the number of rooms, whether you need drone real estate photography, and how fast you need delivery. Most standard listings fall into a clear per-property package; larger luxury homes and commercial spaces are quoted on-site. The right answer starts with a quick conversation about the listing, not a generic price list.
What's included in a real estate photography package?
Every real estate photography package includes a full interior and exterior shoot, intentional lighting, careful composition, and post-production with window pulls, vertical correction, and sky replacement. Photos are delivered next-day in MLS and web sizes. Drone coverage and architectural photography for higher-end listings can be added on request.
How long does a real estate photo shoot take?
Most shoots wrap within 60 to 90 minutes on-site, depending on square footage and how much interior photography the listing needs. Larger luxury homes or properties that include drone real estate photography run closer to two hours. I work quickly and respectfully so sellers still in the home are not displaced for long.
How quickly will I receive the edited photos for my MLS listing?
Edited galleries are delivered next-day in MLS, web, and full-resolution sizes, so your listing can go live within 24 hours of the shoot. If you need same-day turnaround for an urgent listing, that can be arranged at booking. A structured review round is built in if any image needs adjusting.
Do you offer drone and aerial real estate photography?
Yes. Drone real estate photography is part of every higher-end listing package and is available as an add-on for standard listings, weather and airspace permitting. Aerial shots show lot lines, neighbourhood context, roof condition, and pool or backyard features that interior photography cannot capture. All flights are flown under a current commercial drone pilot certificate.
Who pays for the real estate photographer, the agent or the seller?
In most Canadian markets, the listing agent or brokerage covers the cost of the real estate photographer as part of their marketing package. Occasionally a seller will pay directly when working with a flat-fee or limited-service broker. Either way, the right real estate photographer near me search should be solved by the agent before the listing hits the market, not after.
