PLANNING & PREPARATION
The work starts the moment you reach out. We talk through what the headshots are for, where they will live, and what you want them to say, then I send a wardrobe and prep guide so you arrive ready. If we are photographing a full team, I coordinate scheduling and brief everyone so the day runs without friction.
YOUR HEADSHOT SESSION
On the day, we work through poses and expressions at a calm pace. Full-frame cameras, fast primes, and a controlled studio lighting setup do the heavy lifting, and I direct from behind the camera so you can stop overthinking it. Most sessions wrap with same-day proofing so you leave knowing what you got.
EDITING & DELIVERY
After the session, your favourites go through careful retouching: skin work, colour balance, and crop variations for LinkedIn, websites, and print. Final professional headshots are delivered in full resolution with a structured review round built in before anything is signed off.

How long does a headshot session take, and how many final images will I receive?
Most headshot photography sessions run 30 to 90 minutes depending on how many looks we are after. You will typically choose between 3 and 10 final edited images. If you need headshots near me or you are searching for headshots for a whole team, sessions are blocked back-to-back on the same day with the same lighting so everyone matches.
Will the session be in a studio or on-location?
Either works. Studio sessions give you the cleanest, most consistent look and are usually best for corporate headshots and LinkedIn headshots. On-location shoots at your office or a chosen environment add personality and context. We pick the setup that fits the brief during the pre-session conversation.
How quickly will I get my edited headshots back?
Final retouched headshots are delivered within one to two weeks of your session. If you need a rush turnaround for a press release, a website launch, or a casting deadline, that can be arranged at the time of booking. You will never get unedited proofs sent out as finals.
